Mathematics is at the heart of the curriculum and every pupil studies it to GCSE, with the majority taking the Higher tier. Setting from Year 8 allows each group to move at the right pace, and the most able are entered for the UKMT challenges and Olympiad rounds.
At A Level we offer Mathematics and Further Mathematics, both of which are consistently among the most popular choices. Recent leavers have gone on to read Mathematics, Engineering, Economics and Computer Science at leading universities.
